1. Strategy Development

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create and execute effective SEO strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities for organic growth. Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.

2. On-Page Optimization

Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings. Ensure proper internal linking and site structure to enhance user experience and search engine crawlability. Provide guidance on creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences.

3. Technical SEO

Perform regular audits of website health and identify technical issues that may impact SEO performance. Collaborate with development teams to implement technical improvements, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.

4. Off-Page Optimization

Develop and execute strategies for building high-quality backlinks through ethical and white-hat techniques. Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure they align with search engine guidelines.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

Utilize SEO tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and conversions. Generate regular reports on SEO performance, outlining insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

6. Stay Updated

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and SEO best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in SEO with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website coding for technical SEO
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Certification in SEO or related digital marketing disciplines is a plus
  • Google Ads or Search Engine Marketing experience with Google Ads certifications will be an added advantage
